Getting an iron cross is a great accomplishment man, congrats on that. A lot of people don’t give the sport of gymnastics (or diving) the credit it deserves when it comes to overall fitness and strength. It’s a totally different kind of strength than lifting. Requires your whole body at all times.

Oh no, The iron cross humbled me. It was an utter failure for me. Now you brought up diving. I tried the high dive when I was in grad school, once. Now it’s full of nope so for me. *chuckles*

Now front lever pull-ups, one arm pull-ups (when I was younger), walking handstands and human flags were things I could do. They are all very difficult.

Size anxiety is the mere response to viewing other males as a threat and the corresponding jealousy it causes. Realize that your feelings are a response to a perceived threat and the anxiety will disappear. My log: Big Booty Extravaganza (and Log)

Wish my high school had some kind of weight lifting team or something I was very strong at an early age. Was the strongest at my school overall. Nobody else really was serious about weightlifting though. I was when I moved to varsity football. I was also the fastest. I have great fast twitch genetics. I didn’t want to play football in college though it just wasn’t what I wanted to do. Already had bad knees for having to play both sides of the ball all the time in high school. Front squats fixed that problem though.
