I have a question about the fat pad - does a 1 inch fat pat translate to a 1 inch gain in length once the fat is lost? I have a 1.5 inch pad and am currently around 6 inches - I plan on losing the fat anyway - was just wondering if I had a 7.5 inch beast lying dormant in there! any responses greatly appreciated.

Well, It’s not possible to lose the whole fatpad.

There will always be a fatpad between 0.4” and 0.8” thick.

Some have fat pads at .250”, this is the slimmest fatpad. On many guys who have very low body fat its around .500”. The .800” is for someone who is not very fat, but not at a maintainable close to leanest stage.

If you are very lean, IE: 6 pack, nearly non existant bicep or tricep skin pinch, and still have a fat pad, save up for pubic lipo.

You gotta do some work to lose fat so the fat pad shrinks simultaneously. If its over 1.0”, its a problem.

I have not lost anything on my fat pad.
It’s one of the last places to lose fat. My body fat is around 17% or so maybe less.

Keep losing fat then, it may very well be the very LAST place that many of us lose weight from.

It may be so sensitive to diet that a couple of beers or a lot of carbs or a salty meal causes it to expand a noticeable amount.

My belief is that a serious PE activist will make fatpad minimization a prioritized plan of action.

As we all know, this may require serious lifestyle changes and extreme amounts of work.

Ughh tell me about it, i need to do it but i’ve been putting it off for years lol

If liposuction wasn’t so risky I’d consider it just to lose my fat-pad. I have quite low bodyfat, always under 10 % (about 6 % during a diet) but even with well cut abs I have a lot of fat at the base of the cock. Fat pads are unfortunately necessary and for persons with normal body-fat, reducing it is extremely hard and not worth it if compared to intense PE.

Liposuction or the pubic fat pad is not that risky, just expensive as hell.

If you lose the fat pad, it would be just skin and bones. And it would look very weird as well.

Duff: You would be surprised at how much dick can hide in the fat-pad. I agree that it’s the last place on the body to thin down, but you can get it off. Just work the thighs.

My mind has been blown the past 4 years or so about my penis size. Not that it matters, but back in high school when I dated my girlfriend, who was black (so I figured she knew about big dingalings), and she was plenty happy with it. My dick was easily 7.5” I’m guessing non-bone pressed length. Over the past 6 years, I thought my penis had freaking shrank because now it’s only 6” non-bone pressed length. I started to do some reading about penis size/enlargement immediately.

After all of my reading, I believe the ‘reason’ for the loss of size is due to me becoming overweight. I went from 125lbs as a ninth grader, and now am at 230lbs as a 26year old adult. I am guessing I have dramatically increased the size of my fat pad.

So with this new information, even before PE’ing seriously (I don’t really think of the newbie routine as seriously, which is what I will probably do in conjunction with working out hardcore), my goal is to get back down to around 150-160lbs with pure definition. Really I am aiming for under 10% body fat. I am 5’10” by the way.
