I’m looking for feedback on the routine I have been doing for a few weeks now tracked here: Algo’s Journal w Quick Extender ProI’m doing a mix of extending and pumping throughout the day, but I’m curious for opinions from others on this strategy, I’ve basically just been shooting from the hip but I have fallen into this regimen:

- Start day with 15-20 minute pump session
- Extend for 4 hours (taking brief breaks each hour)
- Mid day 15-20 minute pump session
- Extend for 4 hours (taking brief breaks each hour)
- End of day 15-20 minute pump session

Any thoughts, opinions or critiques would be appreciated.

I am not an expert, but I suspect there are diminishing returns beyond a certain investment. After you do enough to reasonably stimulate growth anything more is wasted or even harmful. I bet you are doing twice as much as you should, but what do I know.

You mean overall? reduce extending hours and reduce pump time? I was considering reducing extending to 4 or maybe 6 hours a day and adding a 3rd rest day to my routine.

You ramped up the pumping way too fast. I think your trying to pump to hard to reach a number over your BPEL in tube. Your pump has no gauge. With a gauge you can repeat the the same pressure every time. Knowing a number in the tube isn’t a great guide as you could be having a stress response and trying to pump past that point.

What is your erection quality like? Is it improving? Are you having night time and morning wood.

There is a youtube channel called "Mr Ecz" that has been helpful to me. That channel suggest 90 minutes per day of extending versus the 8 hours in your routine. The manufacturer of one of my extenders recommended only 4 hours per day, and that was at very low tension.

Your pumping time is probably more reasonable than your extending time. Two sessions per day seems to be common, so three sessions seems o.k.

My gains have been very slow - like 1/4 inch per year in BPEL over the past two years and maybe not even that much. My advice may not be the best.

Improved, noticed more frequent morning wood since starting. Though I’ve never had a problem with EQ in the past.

Nope, your notes are valuable. I’ll check out that channel. You said "The manufacturer of one of my extenders recommended only 4 hours per day, and that was at very low tension." but the manual I followed from Quick Extender Pro had an 8 hour a day path which I turned into a spreadsheet, it just seems too aggressive.

Ok, If EQ is improving and you find it easy to obtain an erection before pumping, then you should continue with your current routine.

I would count how many times you pump so you can try to stay fairly constant with the pressure. You want to feel a stretch like your touching your toes but not pain. Bruising is too much. No pumping with a cock ring ether. You can pump to over your BPEL, but pump up slowly. Let your unit expand not like you’re pumping up a tire really fast. If you count the pumps and measure in the pump instead of trying to pump too hard to a certain measurement.

Another way to pump is measure pre pump MSEG then after with your cock ring on you want 4% to max 8% expansion after with the ring on so if you’re 5in MSEG pre 4% is 5.2 post pup and 8% is 5.4 post pump with a cock ring. Just work out a time that hits that number and do it until you aren’t hitting that number then increase a few minutes.

All of the biggest gainers had one thing in common great EQ. Routines could be wildly deferent, from hours per day to really short sessions with lots of rest days. If your EQ or PI penis indicators change. Take rest days until they return and then reduce time or pressure in your routine.

Great notes! I do keep a daily log / spreadsheet I’ll update it to better track my MSEG as you suggested. I’ll also dial back my intensity a little because I do get some purple on my head which goes away after about 10 minutes.
