Feeling some fatigue

Feeling some fatigue

Hey guys

I’ve been doing the newbie routine for several months, I’ll throw in some fulcrum stretches up and down time permitting. I’ve been noticing a fatigue feeling underside lower 1/2 of my boy. No pain or anything. Is this an indicator that I should be acting on? Keep on the same track? Train harder? Time for a rest period? Not sure if I’m a hard gainer or maintaining my size, 57yrs old/young.

Some is good, more is better, and too much is just right!

Start 2/2016 BPEL 7" EG 5.25" Hoping to have some gains to report!

Just keep training. Your penis will adapt. Fatigue is a good sign. When fatigue goes away get right back at it. Just don’t go to the point where you injure yourself.

I support Kronk’s statement that fatigue is not a bad sign in itself. As long as the EQ remains at the same level.

Generally, I recommend to add Kegel training for better blood flow and EQ.

Plus, as mandatory exercise, some general cardio exercises. Best is walking forblonger times, like 2-3 times per week fir at least 90 minutes. Walking, not running…

Modified forum rule #69: Your avatar must show a JUICY ass, may it be female, male, mermaid, even sheep or horses are accepted. :-)

If you feel fatiqued then you are fatiqued…

Trust your instict.

If you trained for months then having a brake for some days is not a big issue.

I had a big brake of a few months and now I am back for about 1 month and I think I am on a good track.

I am not messuring yet for psycology reasons but I already feel some minimal gains…

Starting messurements: 6.0 BPEL , 4.80 MEG ---- June/15

Milestone :7.1 BPEL , 4,85 MEG ---- June/16

Goal (Maybe??): 8.0 BPEL , 5.5 MEG

Juicy ass avatar

Thanks for the reply. I do really need to do more cardio! When I get past the newbie status here and can post an avatar. We both admire female fine behinds! Nice little behind avatar!

Fatigue, and working while fatigued, does increase the risk of injury.
