That’s me. It seems like I’ve been doing this forever (since 2001) and in the last couple of years I’ve really come to grasp that I have a big cock. It’s nice to say as I never felt big before.


Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

How long did that take you ? A year ? I think that’s pretty good.
Especially if just with the newbie routine. Iv been on the newbie routine about 3 months now. I’m basically doing the same just upping the length of time on wet jelqs ( I don’t do dry ) and added some jelq squeezes.

That’s how it appears anyway. Il be honest, other than slightly better EQ and possibly a slightly heavier/fuller flaccid hang, I haven’t noticed any change.
In saying that I’m not always as consistent as I would like to be due to time constraints but I am definately going to continue.
I hope if I’m patient, consistent and persistent I will start to see those gains.
My primary concern though is to avoid injury. That’s why I plan to continue with the newbie routine and occasionally include other exercises.
