Few months with no gains

Hi all, so I have been doing PE for a few months now, and have had next to no growth at all. I’ve only gained a few mm of length, not sure about girth. I started off with the basic workout posted here somewhere, then after a while I did the mems momentum rapid workout, and after 2 weeks of this, still no growth. What’s going on wth?? Any help would be awesome! Thanks guys :)

I haven’t had much luck either.

To be honest you don’t sound like you’re really sticking to a routine for long enough, words like ‘few’ and ‘a while’ kind of give that away. If you want good criticism explain what you have done much more clearly with exact a time frames as you can.

I have done the beginner routine for 2 months, then I moved up a level (I guess that’s what you call it) to the so called rapid growth routine and I’m still doing it to this day. No luck still.

The beginner routine I followed exactly but with no hot wrap because I have no efficient way of doing it, so I just push and hold my member between my thighs for a little bit, then do the routine.

With the rapid growth one I do exactly as outlined, but again with no hot wrap and just the thigh heat

No hot wrap could well be 99% of your problem. No way to heat a gel pack or rice sock in the microwave? Maybe make a cup of coffee at the same time and hide the pack?

Also, I’d do the newbie routine (which is the regular routine) for a good 4-6 months before trying other stuff.

It’s important to warm-up + do stretches I don’t think i would have gained with out them.

Not really a signature but a link to a great guide Newbie Routine Steady Progress Chart.

Ah ok I’ll try that and see what happens. But I’m not sure how, as I can’t heat anything in the microwave when I do PE. I’ll see what I can do

Perhaps it’s because PE doesn’t actually work? I’ve faithfully followed the beginner routine for a year with zero gains. That’s a lot of time that could have been applied to something fun and constructive. From my experience, PE engenders a kind of compulsion combined with wishful thinking and delusion that it’s actually working. Compulsive behavior and the claims of posters to these forums have kept me at it for as long as I’ve been doing it. I’ve decided that it’s time to move on and live life with a healthy mindset for a change.

It sounds like it is time for you to move on and it’s probably healthy for you to do so. I’m sorry to hear you haven’t succeeded but some of that might have to do with doggedly following a routine that wasn’t working for too long. Probably the reason that there are people posting their success stories though is that they are actually having success. Some people seem to hit the right amount of effort and consistency and change required to make it work and others do not. I would expect the amount of people who don’t gain is under reported. For instance you have no stats in the PE database, so any statistical work on those will not have your data.

And that’s undoubtedly true for the vast majority of others who have not had success. Consequently, these so-called stats have no validity.

Any self selecting survey data has this problem and it’s one that tends to be corrected for in analysis. It can be terribly annoyinging when you find you cannot do something that others seem to find easy. Often what seems easy is actually an indicator of hard work, it just looks easy from the outside. So, you’ve tried and failed, the options are to redouble your efforts or to move on to something else and you’ve chosen the latter. I wish you the best in that path.

Thanks, memento. I’d be less skeptical if, in fact, I hadn’t tried variations as suggested on these forums when a given routine isn’t working. However, that wasn’t the case. I pursued different routines when I saw no results after two or more months of following one regimen. I also experimented with different intensities and only discovered that the risk of self-injury was a likely possibility. I think I’ve done due diligence and am giving up the quest. I wish the best of luck to others hoping to find success with these routines. They just didn’t work for me.

My signature line has been the same for a long time for a reason. Even just using a bowl of hot water and a wash cloth or a thermos of hot water will help!

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

This is an interesting point. It’s likely that most people who have gained have also injured themselves. There’s a fine line between gains and injury and if you are doing enough work, you cross it on occasion. Or looking at it another way, PE is controlled injury and sometimes your control isn’t as good as you’d like.

Well, for me, controlled injury hasn’t been all that compatible with nailing the missus every day or two so apparently I erred on the conservative side. :-)

Hmm, so looks like I’ll have to try the warming up part. Does doing PE after a shower count or do I still have to hot wrap again? And do I only heat it up once or like heat it up, go for a bit, heat it up again, etc?

And how much growth should I expect? Like how much length per month of consistent PE with the heat (I know that’s hard to say, but just a really rough number would help) can I expect from the mems rapid growth workout?
