First day of PE

First day of PE

Just got done doing my first session of PE, feels a little sore, but its gone away, and I’m sure that’s part of the deal.

EL: 5.5 EG: 5.5

Goal: EL: 7 EG: 6

Sore is not really part of the deal. Start off slow, not too much force and only 5 to 10 minutes. If you are jelqing, it should feel more good then bad.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Agree. Really ease into it.

My 1st session was normal.. Just some stretching + jelqing abt 100 times..

Now abt 3 weeks later, havent really get any gains, but my jelqing increased to abt 400 times per day, 200 per session..

Waiting for my bathmate to arrive.

Are you getting good expansion with your jelqing?
Does it take 2-3 seconds to make a stroke?
Make sure your efforts count. I don’t think the number of jelqs is neccessarily the answer. You have to be working that meat. Meaning it expands and contracts as the blood flows into and up the shaft and back out.
Correct me if I’m wrong here. At least I think this is why I’ve grown.

Watch out for the dreaded Turkey Neck!

I keep hearing about turkey neck. Are there any pictures showing what it looks like? Don’t mean to jack this thread. Just looking out for my tool.

I am about to start my first session right at this moment. I’m excited to get this thing rolling. Yeah and I think I better watch out for that turkey neck thing.

Ok thanks gprent and armoman92, I might just be a little eager I guess and I have eased off a little bit it feels better now, and for jelquing I just don’t wanna squeeze too hard just for starting out

You will reach 7 inches easy if you keep at it

Thanks for the confidence 8incyclops! I just can’t wait to get to there and maybe a little more, who knows?, but quick question, how do you determine that whole “is less more, or is MORE more” thing?

Only time spent doing it will reveal if the “less is more” principle holds true for you. There’s no preliminary diagnosis to sort out which stuff, and how much, is best for you. The sensible thing is not to push the envelope right from the start. Figure a solid 90 days at a modest newbie routine, much of which will be spent just perfecting manual techniques, to become conditioned to the workouts. If you find you are gaining, then just keep doing what works until it no longer does.

No Bathmate for newbies. Stick with the manual NEWBIE routine for at least 3 months before adding devices. Too easy for newbies to injure themselves with devices.
