First Post questions

This is my first post so excuse the ignorance please.

1. What is the best exercise to start of with? From what I have read it appears to be jelqing. Is that correct?

2. How much is a good target growth in the first month?

3. Can I maintain a very active sex life whilst doing P.E?

4. Can anybody help me out with a personalised routine?

5. I bought Vigrx. Does it work ( no ads please )?

1) The best routine is the Newbie Routine which you see in this forum. Have a good read first on it and then if you have any question Do come back and we will try to answer them for you

2) It is impossible to say . Like any sport etc you have to do it before you can evaluate it, But in general there will not be much gains in the fist month. You may be lucky and experience gains but those are more lkely to be bringing into play some unused length you already have. But it doesn’t happen to everyone. So the blunt answer is, don’t expect gains in the first month but be happy if you get them.

3) Yes you can enjoy sex whilst you are doing the exercises. Many guys find it gives them an enhanced sexual performance. But you have to maintain a balance between the two. Going flat out on both all the time will slow you down.

4) It would be very difficult to give you a personal routine as people would need to know you personally to be of any use. All we can do is give you general instructions to start with and if you have general or specific questions there is usually a member or ten who will try to help.

5) Sadly Penis pills do not give you an enhanced Dick. They might do something like give you a harder erection. So far as I know none of the near 100000 members here has ever given them any verification. (Unless they make the pills :) )
