I just wanted to loose my posting virginity so I thougt the best thing is to write my own spe6cial newbie routine!
At first I started out doing the newbie routine just as told on thunder’s!
But now after roughly 8 weeks I started this routine and just want to hear what you have to say bout it!
7-8 min warmup
12-13 min manual stretch(stretch up, SO,down, v-strech, a-stretch.) 15 sets, 30 sec each
2min warming again
100 jelqs
1 min horses’s440
100jelqs
1 min horse’s440
6-7 min warmdown under hot water!
Kegels throughout the entire excersise
Any good ideas?
I measured 5.9” EL and 5.1”girth when starting, haven’t measured yet to see gains!
