First timer here
Hey everyone!
Just thought I’d bust my cherry and submit my first post. I’ve been interested in PE for a long time and have tried a few techniques (half ass) I have picked up over the years but now am ready to really devote some time and energy to it. I am still very skeptical about all this and would love to hear some feedback from as many of you as possible about whether this really works and some of your early experiences and gains.
