Hey everyone!
Just thought I’d bust my cherry and submit my first post. I’ve been interested in PE for a long time and have tried a few techniques (half ass) I have picked up over the years but now am ready to really devote some time and energy to it. I am still very skeptical about all this and would love to hear some feedback from as many of you as possible about whether this really works and some of your early experiences and gains.

Worked for me. I gained a bit quickly but have not been doing anything for the past 4 months or so.

It worked for me too, I just stoped because I bought a lame ADS and it broke, now I’m waiting for a new one, welcome to the community, good luck and good gains .

Newbie routine is providing me nice EQ, better than before PE.

Conditioning myself for advanced exercises … those that will generate some measurable gains.

Yes, it works if you will commit to the time it requires. The good thing is newbie gains can come fast at times. Don’t set a time table, do the work and you will grow.
