Frequency for a newbie
The newbie routine says 2 days on, 1 day off, but I have noticecd that sometimes 1 day off is not enough because of residual soreness. I just wanted to check that I will still make gains at 2 days on 2 days off until my unit is strong enough to go 2 on 1 off.
Also, I LOVE the feeling of my dick after jelqing. I have not measured it post-jelq, but it is noticeably fatter, I LOVE jacking off post jelq.
