From scepticism to 1 year on

Can’t believe it’s been over 6 months since my last post, but there you go, time really does fly when you’re having fun. My background and preceding progress reports can be found by doing a search, so ill try not to repeat myself. I’ll begin by saying that 1 year on from when I first decided to begin PE, one thing is clear in my mind and that is that PE works. It’s works on a physical level through length and girth gains but more importantly in my case it has done so much more for me mentally through a massive boost in confidence, attitude towards life and self belief. If you doubt PE for whatever reason, and there are many, please don’t. While it is true that physical gains will vary from person to person I believe that any improvement in ones health is worthwhile doing. Ill end it there or else ill go on forever.

In June 2005 I stumbled across Thunders place through sheer luck and decided to have a go at PE mainly because I knew it was one part of my life that had always effected me mentally.

At the time my measurements were:
Non-bone pressed EL - 6” length / 4.25-4.5” girth
Non-bone pressed Flaccid - 3.5-4” length / girth extremely variable (3.5-4” usually)

As of June 1st 2006 my measurements are:
Non-bone pressed EL - 7.5” Length / 5.1” girth
Bone pressed EL - 7.9” length
Non-bone pressed Flaccid - 5-5.5” length / girth 4-4.5”

My routine is very basic. Wet Jelqing for 15 minutes tops, Dry stretching and 3x5 minute clamping. I’ve never wanted to push to hard as to avoid any injuries. About the only reoccurring result of PE would be temporary red spots although these subside within a day usually.
As well as PE I’ve exercised consistently throughout the year running 10-20km a week with moderate resistance training. I think this has also had a significant impact on my length and girth improvements.

More than anything I want anyone who doubts PE to put aside their scepticism and have a go at it with an open but realistic mind. Do a little research on safe techniques and routines first of all, and approach it like you would for any other form of physical improvement. It takes time and effort but trust me, it’s worth it.

Congrats on super gains in only a year. I have had to really scale back my expectations since I’m not gaining like I had hoped. It’s great to here from people who sprout.

What is the best success story anyone heard about a 5.5 dick ?? Could it reach 7?? I know about the fact that everyone is different. I just want motivation.

Did you know America ranks the lowest in education but the highest in drug use? It's nice to be number one, but we can fix that. All we need to do is start the war on education. If it's anywhere near as successful as our war on drugs, in no time we'll all be hooked on phonics

~01/01/2006 -- 5 3/4" BPEL -- 4 3/4" Base Girth -- 4 1/2" Mid Girth.

~20/01/2007 -- 7" --- BPEL -- 5" Base Girth ------ 5" --- Mid Girth.

26/08/2008 --- 7" BPEL ------ 5 1/4 girth all around

I do stretch regularly after wet Jelqing mainly because I’ve noticed this is when elasticity is at it’s greatest. However I am yet to use weights, mainly due to time constraints. I’ve also noticed that regular abdominal exercises for muscle tone has reduced my fat pad somewhat which could attribute further gains and firmer erections. I’d like to possibly get to 8” NBPEL over the next 2 years and I think losing further body fat (although minimal) will help to achieve this. The only fear I have is losing control of my erection angle through stretched ligaments, although this hasn’t been the case so far thankfully.

Well done 7x5bloke - with any luck you should find your erections get stronger and more powerful as you go on. Good to see someone have results without needing to go to extreme limits..:nodding: :up:

I am not the best successtory with a 5,5 starting dick.

I did reach 7 and my girth is 5,5.
