Gained 0.25 in length in my first week
Hey so I just wanted to post that I started a workout routine on Oct 1 and I’ve already gained a quarter inch!
I started at 6.25 BPEL and I’ve measured several times now and always get around 6.5 BPEL when I’m really hard.
My routine is:
10 min warm up wrap
5 min stretching
10 min wet jelq
10 min edging
5 min warm down wrap
I know this could be just improved EQ but I’m not sure cause I’m only 25 and I’ve never remembered measuring over 6.25 even when I was rock hard.
