Ok so when the site was down I started to do some PE everynight for about 10-15 minutes or if I wasn’t tired 20-30 minutes, and sometimes just some random 5 minute stretches in the shower. I did this for about 3-4 weeks and then when I lost all hope in becoming a member to this site I quit PE’ing because I didnt have any motivation without being able to get tips from other PE’ers. But now I am back with quite good starting gains I started at about 6.5 BPEL and now I am at 7 1/8th. So I just want to say thanks for the site/help/ and motivation.

Good job and welcome to the site. Its probably good you couldn’t sign up at first. It made you research and get your own idea of PE. Anyway, welcome to the site and congrats on the gains!


10/2008 BPEL= 6.5" NBPEL= 6" EG= 5"

6 month goal: NBPEL= 6.75" EG= 5.25"

Main Goal: NBPEL= 8" EG= 6"

Nice gains! Now think what you can do with motivation as well.

Congratulations on the gains and for picking it up by yourself without getting advice. I agree with the other two posters, imagine what gains you will get with motivation and with advice from the veterans here in thunders. After almost getting 2/3 by yourself! Especially because you only done it or 3-4 weeks!

Current stats--->7.5" BPEL 5.5" EG (5 weeks after starting PE!)

Goal---->8" BPEL 6.5" EG

OMG gains again

Wow I can’t believe I am increasing my length this fast. I gained another .25” in about 1.5 weeks. I can’t believe I am gaining this fast, I have been reading for along time and noticed people had slow gains but I just don’t get why I am gaining so fast.

This is my routine. Nothing special really just before I go to sleep.

-Jelq 100 times holding each stroke for 5 seconds
-6’ o’clock stretch hold for 5 minutes
- Then I put my member between my legs and pull it from behind me for 10 minutes(sounds weird eh)
-Then get a 90% erection and hold the base really tight and come up slightly so it’s hard(like a type of jelq) 5 minutes

But recently I have noticed my LT stops pulling at 6 oclock so I should start doing pulls at 12 oclock correct?

I think doing so many jelqs so early will give you quick gains but later you will find it alot harder. But good work!

What you are describing is called the BTC stretch.

Don’t waste too much time dwelling on the LOT theory. I think you’ll find that not many people consider it relevant these days. Instead, you should stretch in all directions.
