Gains already
Ok so when the site was down I started to do some PE everynight for about 10-15 minutes or if I wasn’t tired 20-30 minutes, and sometimes just some random 5 minute stretches in the shower. I did this for about 3-4 weeks and then when I lost all hope in becoming a member to this site I quit PE’ing because I didnt have any motivation without being able to get tips from other PE’ers. But now I am back with quite good starting gains I started at about 6.5 BPEL and now I am at 7 1/8th. So I just want to say thanks for the site/help/ and motivation.
