Gains from just Stretching

Can I get gains with just stretching and not jelqing. Any tips on the best stretchers to buy?

Do you mean “extender”? Like X4 Labs, Penimaster, SizeGenetics, Jes Extender, etc? I think “Penimaster” & “X4 Labs Extender” are possibly the two most popular ones. Jes Extender is pretty popular too. There’s a coupon with the X4 Labs Extender that lets you get it for just $125 or so plus shipping.

You could get an ebay extender instead for about $50 (+shipping), but I hear the lack of options & the lack of various sized rods make them a poor choice sometimes. As already mentioned, there’s extensive threads on these subjects… There may be some great super-cheap ebay extenders, you’ll have to research it.

And yes, you can use an extender to gain without jelqing. Hanging is another option if you want to gain length without jelqing (although you’ll still need to do light jelqs to restore circulation).
