Welcome to Thunders Place. Yes stretching will bring you length gains, as for a timetable there are far to many variables to define that. A consistent routine will normally bring gains relatively quickly, but when starting PE you are more committing to a long term lifestyle that will keep your penis healthy (and larger) for the rest of your life, many ease off after reaching their goals to do maintenance routines, that’s what I did any way.
