Gains per month for different routines

First of all, I would like to thank everyone here, you guys are AWESOME!

I have been PEing for over a year now, I started with manual stretching and currently I am hanging over 2 hours daily with no weekly rest, thankfully I haven’t encountered any injury as I took the step by step approach!
At the start, gains were massive, I gained a good 1/2 inch in two months(not exaggerating), I was very dedicated at that time, routine was pretty much the manual stretching in every direction, multiple times a day.
After that I kept the same routine but only in straight down direction as it was the only direction in which I felt a lig stretch, that was pretty much my whole routine for about 3 months, but I got only 1/8 inches after I measured. And after that my Masters started, I didn’t have much time, so I did occasional hanging and all night penis ring (not for beginners, I will explain that in another thread) for 6 months and I and gained almost nothing in length however I got 2/8” in girth. Now I am doing hanging (summer break :) ) and have gained 1/8” in a month.

So my gains per month during different routines are as follows:

Manual stretching (pregains): 2/8” length | 0” girth
Straight down manual stretching: 0.33/8” length | 0” girth
Occasional hanging and penis ring: 0” length | 0.3/8” girth
Regular hanging and 30 mins jelqing : 1/8”l length | 1/8” girth

Post your routines and gains per month, it will help to understand which routine in general is most effective.

One fulcrum stretch, a few times a day, only one direction, up (fulcrum at base, pushing down). Length gains ~4mm a month (about 1/6”). Gained 0.5” since April.

Impressive, are you adding heat or jelqing with this routine?

Nope. I’m that lazy. Why do more when it works fine like that?

Your numbers look like your penis is becoming used to the force and toughening up as a result.

When you had a rest, penis ring stage, your penis deconditioned, became not used to the force, and began to grow again.

Have a search for IPR.

Yes, I took advantage of that deconditioned period, and started hanging regularly, I think I am over my plateau now, as I am getting a little over 1/8” per month, It should take around 8-10 month for an inch if everything goes well and I didn’t plateau again.

I think your routine is too much and your penis is toughening up as a result.

Its been an year since I started PE, now I am just hanging and jelqing. Yes its pretty conditioned, yet I manage to get 1/8” per month.

I honestly think the general idea is creating confusion. Yes, everybody should create a log with descriptions of routines and gains for understanding his own PE situation, being able to ask for help and having a history of his own PE efforts for understanding his own dick.

But generally trying to correlate methods to gains will create a myth of “the universally best routine”. Even I have been tempted in the past to establish that correlation by working on the data of big gainers in the PE database and looking what routine they had. The only thing I found out was that big gainers are patient, constant and do well observe and understand their own dick’s reaction to PE stimulus.

By now, my conviction has changed and I am pretty sure PE is individually training of the penis so all techniques, methods and routine have to be individual too. The wisdom of PE is to find the procedure that makes your own dick grow best and there is no general best routine!

I agree with you that everyone should do what works for them, but I just want to see which PE exercise works for most of the people, and as of now, based on big gainers, hanging is the one (if done properly) which gives sufficient gains to reach your goad (of course if you are dedicated).

Yeah but there are some big gainers who only jelqed and streched.

What are your total gains and starting size.

My average gains per months from the time I was like 50% consistent with my workouts. I probably could do a little better. I’ve gone from times when I was like 50% or less consistent to me quitting PE for months. My total gains are 1.25+el.

Peak - 6.6 BPEL x 5.13 MSEG

My starting size was 5” NBPEL, I’ve gained 6/8” in Erect length and 3/8” in MSEG in an year. Haven’t been that consistent for most of the time but currently trying to.

Good gains. But try to be more consistent, I also struggle with my consistent. It feels bad when you know you could have gained more size if you were more consistent.

Ya man, I could have gained over 1.5” over this time period, but Masters in Automobile engineering doesn’t allow you to sleep or even eat :(
