First of all, I would like to thank everyone here, you guys are AWESOME!
I have been PEing for over a year now, I started with manual stretching and currently I am hanging over 2 hours daily with no weekly rest, thankfully I haven’t encountered any injury as I took the step by step approach!
At the start, gains were massive, I gained a good 1/2 inch in two months(not exaggerating), I was very dedicated at that time, routine was pretty much the manual stretching in every direction, multiple times a day.
After that I kept the same routine but only in straight down direction as it was the only direction in which I felt a lig stretch, that was pretty much my whole routine for about 3 months, but I got only 1/8 inches after I measured. And after that my Masters started, I didn’t have much time, so I did occasional hanging and all night penis ring (not for beginners, I will explain that in another thread) for 6 months and I and gained almost nothing in length however I got 2/8” in girth. Now I am doing hanging (summer break :) ) and have gained 1/8” in a month.
So my gains per month during different routines are as follows:
Manual stretching (pregains): 2/8” length | 0” girth
Straight down manual stretching: 0.33/8” length | 0” girth
Occasional hanging and penis ring: 0” length | 0.3/8” girth
Regular hanging and 30 mins jelqing : 1/8”l length | 1/8” girth
Post your routines and gains per month, it will help to understand which routine in general is most effective.
