Gains Permanent

Gains Permanent

Are these gains permanent? For example once you reach a persons goal if you stop doing it for a few years does your johnson go down in size?

Not all your gains will be permanent if you let go if PE abruptly. Many on this site have talked about “cementing” gains, a sort of maintenance routine to make sure you keep most (if not a 100%) of your results.

But yeah if you suddenly stop exercising, you should not expect to maintain the size you have gained.

Yeah, don't worry. It did not take me 8 months to get these gains. I was more off than on when it came to PE :O

Goal: EL: 7.25" x EG: 6.2" x FL: 4"

And what happens after the cementing period? Are gains then permanent or do you still have to do a maintenance routine? I would like to know about the actual science behind it.. Like does your DNA only code for a certain size penis, so your body will always try get back to its original natural state? I mean cells are constantly dying and being created in the body.

Its not like a muscle that if you stop working out you might lose it all once, once you hit your goal you have to stop bit by bit so you don’t lose much, but I believe many users of the forum might have reached their goal and said why not continue and have an even bigger dick, I myself put a hard goal so I’ll always be PEing as long o have time. Good luck and good gains.

GOAL 7x6 - on a 5'5 guy it will look huge

In all honesty that is a tough question which leads to many different answers depending on that person. Everyone takes a different approach to this. Based on my years of reading on this forum as well as others, some people report a loss of no gains despite taking months or even years off from a PE routine. Others take the approach of growing more than their ultimate goals in the hopes that if they do lose gains, then it will only go down to what their goals was originally.

It seems like most people take the maintenance/cementing route though. The thing is that PE is something that should be done regardless. There are other benefits aside from growth; solid EQ being one of them. There are too many different variables to get an exact science on it though. We all have our own genetic makeup and will react differently. Some people can rest assured knowing that they will never lose any achieved gains, while others may have to PE for a very long time just to ensure that nothing will be lost over time.

You’re penis is mostly made of the same tissues found throughout your body. Smooth muscle (organs), collagen (skin), elastin (muscles & tendons) etc. Given those facts, the penis can be stretched and increased in size over time and like those other parts of your body can lose the gains made. There is one major difference in the penis though. It is more consistently maintained by your body, via nocturnal erections, masturbation and/or consistent sexual stimulation. As far as DNA goes, they’re basically a set of instructions on forming your body. Like the rest of your body, there are limitations to what you can do/gain with it (the penis). This is as close to ‘science’ as you’re probably going to get because the medical community and scientific community, for the most part doesn’t do much real research into penis size and growth. The Kinsey Institute is one of a limited number of places that does any kind of real research on sexuality involving things such as this… as far as I’m aware.

Chances are, if more people know that PE is something very legitimate, there’s probably a reason why they don’t just tell the world. Knowledge is power, just as much, if not more than money is. Only people who are, in a sense moral socialists would spread such information to the masses. Just my two cents.

Starting - November 12, 2012 || BPEL: 6 7/8in || EG: 4 1/2in

Goal #1 - BPEL: 7 3/8 (+ 1/2 in.) || EG: 4.75 in. (+ 1/4 in.)

I stopped PE for four years and did not lose the 3/4” length I’d gained after six months of active PE. So, yes, it can be permanent.
