New to PE. Want to hopefully size up a bit and last longer. But I have some questions.

Would using oils for lube be ok for frequent jelqs? Such as sweet almond oil? I find it works as a good lube but on my penis almost every day? Is this ok? And does a warm shower substitute for the warm up with the warm cloth?

Also I’m confused what to be done with kegels. I can tense this muscle ok and I’m keen to do the exercises to strengthen the PC but I have heard contrasting views. Whats the best workout to make me last longer (2 minute man atm). I tried a given technique of doing a tight kegel just after the PONR but all it did was stop me from ejaculating and then my head became really sensitive like it normally does after masturbation, and my penis seemed to deflate just as quick unless I tried to keep it up in which case I only achieved around 60% erection afterwards. So technique wasn’t too good. Whats the best one to have me lasting longer?

Any other hints you can give? How much can I expect to gain in girth? I have always been pretty small girth of 4”. Do I have hope of 5”+ without equipment? Would it have helped if I had done PE while I was still growing?

I don’t know sweet almond oil, but as long as you feel right, go with it.

Yes, warm shower can substitute warm cloth, and better you do stretch under warm shower or bath tub, it will help soften the tissue.

Just keep doing it, it will help you lasting longer in the future.

Nobody can tell you how much gain can you expect, but if you do your routine consistently, you may reach your target without equipment.

I think it does not matter if you PE while still growing. If you do PE correctly, it will also make your penis healthier.

Firstly, welcome to TP. Use any lube which feels good for you (except soaps, shampoo and the such). I don;t think a warm shower should substitute for a warm up, a warm down is more like it. You need to warm up the tissues in the penis. From a 4 to a 5 inch girth you should know you had better work hard at it. Girth comes slow, but it will eventually come. Hope it helps. Good luck.

I agree with kingpole on this one. In my personal practice, edging has been the best conditioning for lasting longer during intercourse. It has almost become second nature at this point as I practice edging almost every time I have masturbated over the past few years. I enjoy it, sort of a tease to myself, and sometimes a more intense orgasm afterwards.
