Where were the days of waking up with a woody? I consider myself to have a good EQ. I can easily get and erections and keep and erections. However I would really like to start have good morning woodies again. It’s been years. I’ve tried various methods to my trading. 1 day on off and then 2 days on 1 off and even 5 days on and 1 off. My routine is still part of the newbie routine which consists of kegels, stretches and jelqing. I have seen much of any gains but its only been a couple of months. However I still don’t wake up with an erection. Anyone experiencing the same. Might it be that my PI is causing down because I not seeing any progress. Any words of wisdom will be good.

You do realize that a morning or nighttime erection may occur and not wake you up.

What are you’re sleep patterns like. Many guys have them with proper rest and they are gone by the time you wake up.

I wake up through out the night with hard wood and then I’ll wake up for the day and not have one. So I wouldn’t worry too much about morning wood as much as EQ during sex.

Drink more water. A LOT more. Do some cardio, and then maybe read up on the “limiting factor” theory and keep your PE focused. All three have helped me significantly.

Stop watching porn. I have stopped for two months or so and my eq and morning wood are through the roof.

When I was a kid my friends called them piss-hardons. We were all under the impression that you got morning wood because you had to pee. I find this to be generally true to this day. Perhaps the night-time erections stay longer to help you from urinating in your sleep.

Take a decon break.

Cum just a little less often than you normally would.

Do at least some cardio exercise if you don’t already, especially important the older we get.

Lay around and try remember your dreams for a few minutes when you wake up… linger briefly in that zone between sleep and wakefulness.
