What is the prevailing opinion on thunder’s about a “girth” ADS?

I’m doing a little experimenting myself right now and am using a small section of silicone sleeve around the base of my dick to provide a VERY light clamp. Surprisingly it doesn’t keep blood trapped in there like a cable clamp would, but rather it gives more “plumpness”. I can still get erections, and they will still subside, but the biggest difference is that it acts like a girthwise ADS, keeping it in a thicker state than usual.

Thoughts on this? Or have any of you ever tried this, or are doing this right now as part of a routine?

I’ve intermittently used the vac ADS but have committed to using it the last several days and already notice the difference. When I clamp I use silicone sheaths for the wrap and will often leave them on for a half hour after to keep blood in but not clamped. It works great. I do have the fear that even though its not a complete clamp you could get a thrombosis. I think the chances are real real low though. I am thinking that an ADS is definitely the way to go for good gains. Every time you turtle from an intense workout I think you are wasting the gains you made. I have thought about doing both a vac ADS and a silicone ring at the base to get girth and length together with an ADS. But again a little worried about getting a thrombosis.

If you are watching your dick and paying lots of attention to it, it might work. Just don’t leve it on while you are sleeping and make sure it stays naturally warm the whole time.

Effectively you’re wearing a cock ring to stay plumped, not a bad idea, there are plenty of people around who employ this method.

I would like the re-emphasize that under no circumstances should any PE-related device should be worn while sleeping.

On a related comical note, has anyone thought of trying to get themselves to do PE in their sleep like you would with sleepwalking?

I always try to get my girlfriend to help me edge while I sleep. It’s a great thing to wake up to, usually results in sex.
