Is it possible to gain .5 in in girth by using only manual exercises?

If so which are the best exercises to do so?

Yes it is possible, and girth takes more time.

Jelqing is your best friend for at least 6 months, you may try to increase time and EQ over time. Then ULIs, squeezes and bends are the advanced exercises but you have to be very careful with these as they are more likely to cause injury to the unconditioned or when overdone, same would apply to erect jelqing too.

So follow the newbie routine to the letter for at least 3 months, then if you really insist try adding squeezes and after 6 months mark, you may introduce ULIs, just don’t do them all at once, or even better, do girth work only twice a week as its quite intensive.

Running a Massive Co-Front.

I gained more than 1/2” in girth all from manual exercises. Don’t jump into girth exercises until you’re conditioned. After several months of newbie stretching and jelqs, I added in squeezes. I thought it was helping but the gains, if any, were modest. I had my first real girth growth spurt when I committed to supra slammers (uli, jelq, squeeze and erect bends) but plateaued after a while. I then started the all day cock ring and slow squash jelqs and got another girth growth spurt. I believe, but can’t prove, that the newbie conditioning and squeezes prepared me for the growth spurts once I added a new stress to it.


11/20/2011: BPEL: 6", MEG: 4.75" (goal BPEL: ~7", MEG: 5.25")

5/9/12: BPEL: 6.5", MEG 5" (goal BPEL: 7.25", MEG: 5.5")

Yes you can. I gained .5” since I started 8 months ago and I believe most of my girth gains came from jelqing with at least 70% EQ. I also kegel before each stroke to pump as much blood into the shaft as possible. I currently am striving just for length gains so I’m jelqing at 20 - 30% EQ.

I’ve read that doing bundled stretches also helps with girth but I found them to be a bit painful.

How many jelqs are you doing? Since you onlystarted 8 months ago.

What exercises do you recommend to start and wich ones are the best when I feel I have advanced?

I did 300 jelqs, 3 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 1 day off. Jelqing was not the only exercise I did though. I started with a 5 minute warm up followed by stretching for about 20 minutes, then moved on to jelqing.

I recommend you follow the newbie routine until you stop seeing gains. As far as what to move on to next, I suggest you spend a lot of time reading the forums and figure out which ones sound like they’ll work for you. I personally have no interest in pumping, cock rings, or wearing an all day stretcher, therefore I chose to hang and try some of the more advanced manual exercises.

Keep in mind that these are only my suggestions and I definitely do not consider myself an expert. I’ve had pretty good gains so far but everything I do in my routine I learned here by reading and experimenting with the things that have made the veterans big gainers.

I went from 5.7” average MSEG to 6.125” average MSEG in under 2 weeks with semi-serious stretching and jelqs in the shower. From max 6” MSEG to max 6.5” MSEG. This is seriously real.

I’ve gained 0.5” in girth in the past year solely through jelqing. (And I hope to gain another half inch before I’m done!) I usually do 20-30 minutes, 4-5 times per week. Consistency is key.

From 5.75 to 6.25 from June to now, with only about 3 week’s worth of substantial PE (warmup, stretches, and standard o-jelqs in the shower).

Same. I did it with jelq and stretches alone. I felt that the extra length gained by stretching translated for me directly to girth when I was erect.

Is it true that the bigger your starting girth the easier the gains?

I’ve started just under 19 cm length and and 15, 2 cm girth. I did PE before I were an member to this fantastic place. I have gained almost 2” in length and some girth.. I have worked mostly on length before but have switch to an girth routine now and girth is not easy. That’s for sure!
