I’ve done the newbie routine for 4 months and already got gains, but I’m not gaining anymore. I’m looking too add some girth. Any good routines for good girth gains?

If you had good gains I’d suggest a two weeks off and than anouther 1-2 months on the routine which has worked.

Why would you suggest that instead of, for example, intensifying or diversifying girth exercises? Is it better to repeat the newbie routine after having good gains?

If something is working, why would you change. PE is about growing with the least chance of injury. Stick with it until it’s no longer fruitful. I’d do just as he Marinera recommended.

So you guys would suggest keeping the newbie routine? I have very small gains after the 4 months. Would you guys suggest adding one new girth exercise?

How small?

Any gains are great in PE. I’d maybe add a couple more reps of jelqs or longer stretches before adding a new exercise. If you do try a new one just do a few reps to test it out for a week or so dont dive right into it.

I have modified the stretching amount and jelq reps, I’m just not happy with the gains anymore. I’m looking for something new that would focus more on girth, but still getting a good length routine. Any suggestions? Any help is greatly appreciated, I love thunders!

The same advice Marinera gave you, tale a couple of weeks off and start back with the newbie routine, many find that they actually gain during a short break.

Don’t try to rush your gains, lots of growth is happening and it takes time for blood vessels and nerves etc to catch up, have a break give your unit time to regroup and start again.

I had zero gains after 4 months. If you had gains of 1/8th”s at the start of that time and nothing since? Then it probably was EQ improvement or measuring error and it is time to tweak your routine a bit. But if your gains were consistent or occurred toward the end of the 4 months? Then you have found what works for you; something it takes some guys years to accomplish.
