Give me some advices about clamping

I have now Jelq and stretch for 3 months and have gain pretty good. Now I want start Clamping.

What do you think about clamping? Is dangerous? Is it good and effective?

Tell me about your experiences please!

My First Real Attempt:

2006 Start: 6.25" BPEL and 5" EG - 2012 7.625" BPEL / 4.875" EG / 8.063" BPFSL. (All manual routine)

Ekke86 - Our search feature allows you to limit searches to “titles only” which is often the best way to find previous threads on a certain topic. You can also use Boolean operators to guide the search. If you click on the search button (top right of every page) and use the “Advanced Search” link you can specify a title only search by selecting it from the drop down menu below the search term box on the left side of the page. Then search for something like “clamping AND safe OR effective” and that should get you several threads. Or just do a titles only search for “clamping” and you’ll end up with several pages of thread titles to pick from to see what others have already said about clamping.

I realize that there is so much information on this site that it seems easier to ask something even thought it has been discussed before, but you’re more likely to get information faster by searching than by waiting for people to come along and respond to your new thread.

king - both the Newbie forum and Main Members are at the highest level of the site. They’re both “public” forums available to anyone who visits. Newbie tends to get most of this type of question and the veteran PEers are used to seeing questions here so moving the thread probably wouldn’t help much.

Your thread isn’t ruined. People can still give you advice. But you should also do a search and see what has already been said in similar threads.

The best advice I could give from personal experience is to start with a very light routine and progress very slowly.

There is really no exercise that can fully prepare your penis for the rigors of clamping other than clamping.

I personally think clamping is extremely effective, especially for girth gains. However it’s also very dangerous and the line between just enough and too much is very, very thin.

Depends on what your going to clamp with. Go easy because a lot of it is figuring out what your comfortable with. It took me a month to find exactly the kind of force I enjoy when clamping. It’s cake now, but go slow I’ve tried to do some intense clamping and think I broke something, don’t know if I did yet though. I personally use cable clamps they seem to do good for what I need.

I use a Hair Tie Wrap and role that down to the base. Then I wrap that tightly with a modified Jumpers Knee Brace. Basically I pulled the foam off the brace and then trimmed the width down. Then I apply a Cable Clamp. The Hair Tie Wrap protects my skin from potential irritation that the Knee Brace’s Velcro might cause.

That being said, I’ve found that it’s better to do multiple 10 minute set than doing a single 20 minute set. I found that I’m more prone to getting T-Veins if I pass the 10 minute clamped threshold.

My current (just started it last week) routine is proving to be pretty effective when it comes to girth. Not to mention a nice full flaccid hang. I do several activities before I start my clamping session. The key is to get your unit warmed and plumped. A warm up and Simple Jelqing will do the trick. Once I’m in the right state I do 10 minutes of o-bends and then 10 minutes of Clamping. Rinse and Repeat. I usually do 2 sets of those and my unit definitely feels very worked out for the rest of the day. In case you’re interested I’m only working out M/W/F.

You say that you have gained well using your current routine, so why go after the most aggressive type of PE already? I think the best advice would be for you to keep doing what you are doing until the gains have stopped. Then you should think about changing up your routine.

That is just my opinion, and I am as new to this as you are so maybe I am wrong.

To the op, I jelqed for 5 months and saw no gains girth wise at all. Saw a tiny bit of length. Within a month of clamping my girth was up .25 inches. I really really push myself though, like to the point where it looks like a vessel is going to pop. Else I edge the hell out of it, which has become easy for me because I can hold in my ejaculation pretty well. I thought this was all a crock of shit til I did the clamping. Now I’m semi convinced it works, you just have to push yourself VERY HARD.
