I always count gains in 0.25 of an inch. So each month when I set out my routine and measure I aim to of gotten that 0.25inch gain. Last month I measured I wasn’t disappointed, this month I’ve either gained nothing or just about 0.1 which feels like a disappointment. I’m changing my routine totally this month and feel really positive I should gain from it. Even though I’m cutting down the jelqs from 200 to 100 which I’m unsure about. Maybe I’ll just keep them the same to be sure.
Oh and I measure daily, but definitely measure weekly so you get perfect at measuring the same way and you can see how consistent your measurements are and if any week you get sudden gains and none for the rest of the time you can make sure you do the week you got gains on again.
