Goals for the summer I.e. next 3 months
I used to be in PE but I never really got a serious routine down and so I consider myself a newbie. I have the entire summer open though and I want to try to make a go with PE. In the next 3 months I want to do a lot of cardio and lose some weight. Not only will I feel better but I’m certain my EQ will drastically improve. Size wise I’m mainly focusing on building my girth up to 6 from the 5.6-5.7 it is now. Jelqing about 15 minutes a day is how I am going to go about doing that. I’m thinking of incorporating pumping for both EQ and girth, but that won’t come until at least month 3. Lengthwise I hope to go from 6.7 nbp to 7 + and maybe reach 8 bp from 7.3 - 7.4 bp right now. Length is not a huge priority with me right now though and I might only incorporate stretching lightly for about 10 minutes a day. EQ is my main goal for this summer though so if you have any tips let me know.
