TPS and other Redi-stretcher users may be along soon, but you can probably disinfect the pads with some alcohol and a Q-tip. Listerine or another strong antiseptic would work too. If you want to get really brutal you could take off the pads and boil them, but that might alter the composition of the pads or the glue.
