Gradually increase in time?
In the section about the newb routine, there is a notes section that says gradually increase to 30 mins time over 6 weeks. So, if the starting time is 10 mins and that’s supposed to be 200 reps, by a month and a half I should be doing 600 reps? I’m a month in right now and I’m still at 200 wet jelqs. I just didn’t know if maybe I was understanding that wrong or something. Should I stay at 200 or go up in reps?
