Gradually increase in time?

Gradually increase in time?

In the section about the newb routine, there is a notes section that says gradually increase to 30 mins time over 6 weeks. So, if the starting time is 10 mins and that’s supposed to be 200 reps, by a month and a half I should be doing 600 reps? I’m a month in right now and I’m still at 200 wet jelqs. I just didn’t know if maybe I was understanding that wrong or something. Should I stay at 200 or go up in reps?

If you getting benefits from what you are doing now, why do more?

I think I have gained a little bit, Im not entirely certain of it but I believe I have.

I began PE November 1, 2012. My routine was the first thing in the morning. I was doing 25 kegels and 50 jelqs straight ahead. I am now doing over 500 kegels/day. I am also doing 100 jelqs straight ahead, and 100 each at 3, 6, 9, and 12 o’clock. One Monday I added doing several of the stretch routines in addition. Wednesday I began doing some jelqs and stretches before retiring at night

Did you gain anything from increasing your number? I am just curious to know if it is better to just stay at the 200 reps for the first three months or should I increase the number. I am usually 9/10 having postive or neutral PI’s but cant really tell if I have gained anything in actual size.

I also have good PI’s, except gains. They are very small or maybe none at all in EL. I think this could be undertraining for both of us. Try do for maybe one week 300 jelqs and see if PI’s are still good and EQ is sky high. If so, You are supposed to gain. This is mainly theory, but I’ve done something similar and got larger flaccid hang and very sensitive to every stimulation. I hope that’s the way to gain for “less is more” newbies who I think I am.

Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!

I started increasing my jelqing and was up to almost 300 but have decreased it back down to 200 again. My stretching has been increased from 5 min to 10 min and when I measure at the 1 month mark I should have 1/4" growth.


Pre PE: 5/8/04 BPEL 6.25" EG 5"

Goal: BPEL 7.5" EG 5.5"
