Greetings from another Newbie
Hi all. I am new to PE as I found this forum only a few days ago. I am 55, and have always been very self-conscious about the size of my unit, especially when flaccid. Until now, I had always thought there was nothing that I could do about it, so tried to make the best use of what I had. After finding this forum and doing some reading, I decided to try it out, and started a routine very similar to the newbie one listed here last Friday (12/26). Mine is as follows.
10 minutes warm up with heating pad and wet wash cloth
10 minutes stretching, 30 second stretches left, straight up, right, straight down, straight out
100 Jelqs
5 minute warm down
50 kegels, 25 hard as I can for 5 seconds, 25 hard as I can for 20 seconds with 5 second breaks.
I am not sure I am doing Jelqs correctly as I have pretty small penis (BPEL - 5”, Flaccid length - 3.5”). I am using one hand to prevent my foreskin and fat pad from interfering with the stroke of the other hand. This seems to allow the compression of the blood better. I am also not sure I have the correct level of erection as I am not allowing full engorgement. However, we will see how things go in the coming month. I have not mentioned anything about it to my wife, it will be interesting to see how long it takes her to notice any changes (assuming it works as planned).
I am also encouraged at the number of others who are my size and improved. This forum seems to be a great group of supportive guys regarding a problem I suspect many of us feel frustration about.
