At least 6 months, but if you are seeing continued gains, stay with it and wait until the gains slow down/stop.
PE is a slow, methodical process. If you try to rush it, you will end up delaying it.
A single injury you get because you were trying too much too fast can set you back months.
You gotta have realistic expectations…. I.e. months and months of steady work for fractions of an inch and non-linear progress.
