Had to change my routine for the worse?
Hello everybody
Since my living situation changed, I had to change my routine as well. I used to do a little stretching (about 20mins) and jelqing (30-50mins) about 3-5 times a week. Now that I moved I started hanging straight down as well. I can do about 2 sets per week. I started with 2 pounds and now I am at 14 pounds (took me about 1/2 year). Since about 2 months I can not see anymore progressions in length.
I started at 15cm and I am at 17.5cm now. Also after hanging I clamp 2-3 sets 10mins each.
What do you think could be the reason?
- Are 2 sets not enough and instead of stretching the penis I toughen it?
- Is the clamping the problem?
- Is the weight too big?
Any help is highly appreciated.
