Yeah I gotta say, the warmup/cool down is always the reason a routine doesn’t happen for me. It would be so much easier without needing them. I don’t have the privacy or convenience to just do what I please when I please in my current living conditions, and putting a sock in the microwave feels strange as I get all sorts of odd looks.
On a side note: When I DO warm down, I notice that immediately kills the post-workout pump, whereas if I leave it, I stay larger for longer—though I still drop back down soon afterward. So its kind of demoralizing for me to warm down at all, and hence……end up not doing routines.
Gahhhhhh I just wish I could stay focused and DO these damn things.
