Hanger Position

Newish to hanging and I’m using 5lbs. When I hang my penis wants to twist left. Should I reposition so that top of my penis is pointing vertically down or just let it be?? Thanks

Mine points to the right naturally while hanging but after an hour I rotate it to the other side and keep switching every hour. I’m not sure if it helps but I do feel different pulls when I rotate it. It would be impossible for me to point it straight without holding it.

Is your meatus (urethral opening) straight up and down, in line with the hanger, or is your dick twisted inside the hanger? If your meatus is straight up and down inside the hanger and not twisted, it’s probably just a tight fundiform ligament that will stretch out over time, thus straightening everything out. If your dick is twisted in the hanger, that’s a technical issue that needs to be fixed before you add the weight. Before I started hanging, I naturally hung to the left when I put my underwear on. Now it goes either way. I too favored the left side when I hung, until my ligaments stretched out some. Good luck.

Check your dick alignment. If thats not the issue one lig is probably tighter/stronger than the other. Attacking them equally will eventually even out the difference.

To clarify, I use the ESL40 hanger cup, so it’s just the tip that the weight is attached to. When I lower the weight my penis tends to rotate to the right, if I grab it and rotate it to the left it will stay pointing left. I’m not sure what device the OP is using.
