Hanging Question

I ordered 2 standard rings from peweights.com and 1 end ring.

How much weight is that for those that have ordered these rings before ?
How much weight did you use before you noticed any gains ?

I do not feel soreness from jelqing, stretching or hanging in the last 1.5 weeks

It tells you the weight on the site. Off the top of my head, 3 rings = 2lbs.

These are ADS weights, not “hanging” weights and are not designed to be used in that way.

For best results wear them post-hanging session.

Any thoughts on my lack of soreness ? Is that a bad thing ?

I’ve never had any soreness at all, and I’ve gained 0.75” x 0.25”, so I wouldn’t worry about it. :)
