Hanging with bands
Have anyone here newb or elder used stretch bands to stretch their cock, I have been using them for a about 3 weeks and I think they are definitely the way forward as far as hanging goes. I got they idea of LOT wrong and was using them on positions of must tug back, total idiot, so hopefully I might start to get some good length gains.
On a side note: sadsak slinky work, I gained .25 of an inch in 3 weeks, I solidified gains by through the week converting the workout from sadsak to edging and horse squeezes, don’t give up guys it does work, you just have to find the right methods.
This gain was made 4 months ago and I still measure the same and haven’t really done anything thickening exercises.
Went from 5.2 to 5.5.
20 mins a day 5 days a week.
For the stretch bands, you can attach them to anything, so getting positing is alot easier then using weights, and you can adjust weight/strength of band by moving further away/closer to where band is attached.
I measure BPEL 7.2”, and normal EL 5.8-10” so I would like a 8 inch cock, with a 6 inch circumference. Hopefully attain this in 2 years!
