Happy about gains

I’m new to PE. I probably started February - March this year but wasn’t all that consistent, I’ve probably done 1 month of jelqing in that time. Nonetheless, I have made gains.
I didn’t have an exact measurement when I started but I’d say I was about 5.25-5.5” NBPEL and I’m now 6” NBPEL in length (which is what I wanted because it’s the average). But I do mainly want girth, as my penis is thin (at about 4.25”). I used to get really upset about my penis size and thought it was puberty (as I don’t have a great deal of pubic hair under my arms or above my penis and I’m 19) but I have quite a bit of facial hair and hairy legs, arms etc. (Which is rather strange). It would be good if it was to do with puberty, but I highly doubt that (and if it isn’t I’m happy I don’t have much pubic hair). I was wondering when I can start really focusing on girth, and what exercise produces the best results.
I remain doubtful that I actually made gains because it’s so hard to notice.. But I’m sure when I measured prior to PE it wasn’t that length. Watching pornography really makes people negative about their penis size when they aren’t really made aware of what an average erect penis looks like haha.
