That’s great you gained a ton from barbecuing your penis, I am just saying I gained a lot without barbecuing. I am just utilizing simple deductive reasoning.

Do note that my commitment to PE is completely half-assed time wise. I probably do fewer sessions per month than anyone on this thread. The difference is, I “train smart”.

Raising the temperature of the tissues you are applying stress to, before you apply the stress, increases the results you will get from your PE exercises, whatever they are. Heat in no way actually stimulates growth. I don’t think anyone has suggested it does?

IR is a particularly good heat source because it penetrates the tissues well and can be used throughout a PE session. There is no suggestion that the quality or type of the light does anything other than penetrate and warm the tissues.

The plant metaphor was just for amusement, I am just skeptical of the significance of the methodology. I believe it does provide positive effects but primarily from a psychological and added level of comfort during the exercise. Heat will give the appearance of fuller flaccid and relaxation but its actual physiological effects to directly impacting enlargement has not been a result for me.

Ahhhh Swingloshi, now that you’ve actually explained how all the reputable scientific studies(showing that heat increases the extensibility of collagen tissues) are worthless psychological tripe, I understand! Sir, you have enlightened me, thank you ;) .

You are perfectly fine to be sceptical of the significance of the methodology. The best way to learn is to find out for yourself. Check your maximum BPFSL, then heat for 10 minutes and check it again. Unless you are very unusual, you will notice an increase over the cold state.

That should convince you far better than pointing you to all the research on the physiological effects of heat and the visco-elastic properties of connective tissue.
