Hard gains under the penis.

I’m having some hard time gaining the Corpus spongiosum. The area under the penis.I barely have anything there.

Does anybody here have any suggestions? I’ve been jelqing for 4 months, I keep gaining girth. Length isn’t that noticeable yet

How much do you stretch? Jelqs are mainly for gaining girth (though my penis seems not to know it)

Clamping and ulis make my CS bigger but IMO who cares about it since the CC’s stretch the vagina out sideways.

The tunica of the CS is different than the tunica of the CC. It doesn’t completely surround the CS and is therefore stretchy. The glans, which is directly connected to the CS (and not at all to the CC), is like a balloon. It absorbs most of the pressure put on the CS by expanding, then it retracts to its original shape. The CS is notoriously difficult to enlarge, but some have done it with extreme measures. As spaghettidick said, clamping may help.
