Has Anyone Improved Edit Watch this page Refractory period

This is just another thing I was hoping to be able to help with. For the most part I don’t ever remember really being able to nut more than once, without a long break between. I was just wondering if anyone has anything they did to improve theirs. My wife’s friends have told her their man will stay inside them and just keep thirsting until they get hard again, I can’t say I’ve really tried that just feels weird to me

I stay hard after I release and just keep going. Something I’ve always taken pride in being able to do.

As you age the refractory period increases. Many men in their teens/early twenties have a quick turnaround.. sometimes without the need to withdraw.

Men in their late forties may need 3 to 24 hours. Except Titleist of course.. he’s every man’s worst nightmare to compare themselves against! :)

You could try supplementation with L-Arginine 40 mins before sex. You could also try Panax Ginseng and/or Withania as a sexual tonic.

You have to rally through the sensitivity and focus on the sensation of being in her and how she’s responding to you. My wife told me it’s a turn on to know I’ve just released and I’m still going needing more of her.

Thanks guys,,, I’ve just been with the same lady for awhile now. So weird to try something different like that but I’ll start giving it a try as while with PE hopefully I can improve. I don’t think it’s really an issue with her I would just like to feel like I have more control. Don’t think I orgasm to quick but still at times not as long as I would like that with not being able to get hard again can really be frustrating.
