Have I injured myself severely leakage

I was aware of the risks of leakage but decided to try PE anyways, I’ve done the newbie routine (just jelqing) for a total of approximately 2 months with a long break between the first 2 weeks and the last 6. This week I did PE for three or four days in a row for the first time and also had one three minute manual clamping session. Yesterday while jelqing my erection all of a sudden went away, which hasn’t really happened to me before, even though it has gradually weakened during sessions of course. My fucked up mind immediately thought of leakage, because that what my brain does to me. Now 20 hours later I can’t get a proper erection even when jerking-off to porn with 25mg of kamagra. It should be mentioned that I’m stressed out as fuck of course, and when I’m stressed I’ve suffered ED before. The first thing I should do is take a freakin break from PE I suppose. Since I can’t post in the injury forum yet, I made the post here instead.

Kamagra doesn’t work on everybody and also gives tolerance, meaning first times could work then not work anymore. I think you have an anxiety problem coupled with overwork. I’m confident you’ll be ok after few days of rest. Don’t think at it, don’t look to porn, don’t try to get an erection. Don’t take any medicines to fix it. If you want to do something that can improve your recover, do abs work (yeah, I’m not kidding) and relax.

The kamagra worked for me last time I checked ; ), but I’ll take your advice of course. It’s actually chest/triceps/abs today at the gym so the abs will get what’s coming to them!

When it’s leg time? Legs work helps too.

The day before yesterday it was legs, I’m on a 3-1-3-1 split right now because I have quite a bit of free time : )

Spaghetti sauce—how did you arrive at that idea? I’m not questioning its effectiveness, I’m just curious because when I hang I can feel a slight pull in my abs. Is there a connection?

Purjo - there are tons of threads like this. Many have been through it…they think they broke their dick for good. Fortunately for the overwhelming majority, it was a warning shot fired over our head. No doubt you messed up and over did things but you really need to give it several days to let things heal properly. It does not help shaking someone who is fast asleep. Leave your dick alone. Lay off the porn and the PE. I suspect in a few days you will awaken in the middle of the night to a raging boner.

Like ddolphin said, leave your penis alone for a few days. You will be amazed by how much your body can recover in a matter of days.

Aha, no there is no connection.

When you do abs and leg work blood is pushed in your lower body, expecially abdomen and puberal zone. This can improves erection. Beside that, when doing legs and abs, many people tend to contract perineal muscles, which is beneficial for erectile function:

I do isometrics when I can : I noticed that when I hold an isometric deadlift at about half of the full movement, 30-60 minutes after I often have a fatter unit if not a semi-boner.
