First post here on thunders. I started basic PE about two weeks ago. I’ve been searching this forum learning tons of new information which I know will help me in my journey. My question is, about healing. I have been working out most of my life, and understand how important rest and healing is when trying to build muscle. This seems to be the case with PE also. Onto my question, I take testosterone and since my levels are much higher, I seem to heal quicker and can workout more often, does this carry over into PE? I know the penis isn’t a muscle, but will it have the same recovery effects so I can train more often? I hope this question is allowed, and I tried searching with no luck. If it’s not please delete.

All questions are welcome. As far as your recovery time? I’d play it safe to start. There’s guys who run every day, no T boosting, and it goes okay. I personally do not.

Until you know know how this affects you I’d be conservative. Then, make an educated decision after you have some experience.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Hey thanks for the quick response thoughtfulgold. I will have to just carefully monitor things. I really want to find the sweet spot if you know what I mean, I guess that comes with time just like weight training. I am curious if the increased “T” levels help in any way.

Don’t think too hard. You didn’t try PE without T boosting. So you’ll never be sure. And that information isn’t likely to serve you. How it affects the you that you are now is what matters and without knowledge of your penis reaction to PE sans T boosting…you can’t isolate the factor. So I’d save the worry, in my opinion.

It’s a worthy question but unless you want to experiment with your Testosterone therapy…you just can’t get answers this way right now.

Well there ya go, first hand experience. Haha I’ll definitely be listening.

I’ve been considering a cycle of Enanthate for a while, but I haven’t cycled in a few years. I believe it will help recovery as your penis IS a muscle (smooth muscle to be exact).

If you’re hanging BTC targeting your ligaments for length I don’t think there will be much of an effect, but I’m hypothesizing it will work pretty well for girth or tunica work as that is tissue repair and having elevated amounts of T in the body are going to increase blood flow and cellular repair rates.

That was kinda what I was getting at, but I’m very new to all of this. An enhanced athlete can work a bit harder, and recovery time is less. This may in no way carry over into PE. I had done a few searches and nobody seemed to have ever discussed this.

One quick thing that I didn’t add. As titleist stated he is on TRT which puts you in the correct testosterone range for your age, and hasn’t seen any changes. In my case, I am taking elevated amounts of “T” for training purposes.

Absolutely!! Without having prior stats would make it impossible to know. I will definitely stick to the basics until gains stall, then re think my routine. My main concern is getting good workouts, and healing properly for best gains.

The extra T will likely help. But factoring it in may serve no good purpose. It simply is what it is for now.

If I decide to take a cycle myself I will post a thread and measure my results over a quarter which is how long my typical cycle is when I use to do them. 12wk/3months.

Although, I would NEVER recommend cycling any steroid for strictly PE purposes OR without knowledge of what you’re doing. Otherwise you may end up sounding like Mike Tyson and looking like Pamela Anderson.

Please do, because I have no way of knowing at this point if it’s beneficial or not. I take gear for my weight training, and also to feel like I’m 18 again haha.
