You would have to apply more intensity to stretch “cold” tissue. You have to reach a certain expansion to get Into the gain Zone.
With heat the elastic limit increases which means its more range to rebound to initialisiert size but you can still reach the plastic Zone, where gains are possible, easier.
A cooldown, at least going back to Ambient temperature, while holding the expansion makes IMO more sense.
