Heat While Stretching

I’ve always been doing warmup with hot water in the shower then stretching outside of the shower but I seen someone mentioned the use of heat while stretching. How is that possible other than using an electric heater or infrared light because of privacy purposes?

Take an extra long shower and stretch with the hot water raining down on your dick. Or a bath.

Actually. After you wash and rinse the soap will make your skin a bit tacky while it’s still wet. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a better grip than in the shower! Try it. Let me know what you think.

I read the same in some thread on this site.

Decided to try it using a heating pad. During stretches I would apply heat in between sets when I normally just massage/firegoat. Only done it for a few workouts and the main thing I notice is a good soreness(EQ/morning wood not affected).

So I believe the heat is definitely augmenting my manual stretch workout

I know the theory about heat but how about the other way around?

Wouldn’t it be easier to create the supposedly beneficial micro-tears if your penis is cold and solid rather than warm and rubbery?

Maybe follow up with some infrared AFTER cold excercise.

You would have to apply more intensity to stretch “cold” tissue. You have to reach a certain expansion to get Into the gain Zone.
With heat the elastic limit increases which means its more range to rebound to initialisiert size but you can still reach the plastic Zone, where gains are possible, easier.

A cooldown, at least going back to Ambient temperature, while holding the expansion makes IMO more sense.

Great information, I tried wrapping after stretching by getting that brown wrap that you can use as a wrist strap. I would stretch out my dick then wrap it and tape it together. I couldn’t tell if it was effective or not so I stopped because my glans was getting cold

I prefer using wet heat for stretching to dry heat. You could use a washcloth left under running hot water, wring it off water and wrap around your unit then gently stretch. You’ll find that the washcloth provides a much better grip and also keeps the area warm. Using a space heater tends to heat up other unwanted areas like your testicles and the back of your palm, which can be very uncomfortable. Although space heating is great while jelqing and pumping.

Which part of using an IR heat light would you be concerned with in regards to privacy?

Because other than where you store the light it would actually be less conspicuous than people wondering why you take 30 minute showers.

The IR heat light I use puts off no visible light, is completely silent and cost less than $25.
