I disagree with this. The whole point of an ADS is to be able to wear it all day, hence the name “All Day Stretcher”. An ADS is meant to provide enough tension to slowly over time increase length, but no so much that you get blisters or other injuries. It’s also nice that you the silicone ADS is pretty much invisible under my jeans, so I can wear it in stealth mode. Then again, I’m 51 and wear loose jeans - you younger guys wearing tight jeans might not be able to hide it as well.
Some folks speculate that what an ADS really does is keep your unit stretched out while healing, and if that’s so, you should do some exercises before wearing the ADS. I like to do some light jelqing in the shower (100 jelqs) and then immediately wear the ADS.
Even if the theory of healing while stretched isn’t true, I think it makes sense to put the ADS on right after jelqing. Keep it stretched out after a workout.
Like you, one of the main attractions for me is that I don’t have to spend 2-3 hours a day on PE. Another advantage for me is that there’s no need to bother with any advanced exercises or “crazy shit”.
I’ve already seen gains, and now that my thrombosed vein has pretty much gone away, I’ve resumed my routine and look forward to more gains.
Acesup, I’m focusing entirely on length. The ADS is supposed to do little for girth, but be fairly effective on length. Personally, I’d like to hear from someone who’s used an ADS for an extended period of time and achieved results, but I realize that it’s hard to attribute any gains to one thing, especially when you have several exercises in your routine.
