Hello guys, I'm new, and I've been meaning

To ask some questions..

I’ve been doing lots of reading more on the factual side, rather than on the practical side..

I have a quick question..

In accordance to the LOT theory, to cut things short, if “I’m a grower, not a shower”, and my Erection engel is not too high, I have better chances in term of gaining “Extra penis tissue”?

And from what training should a rookie like me start with?

Thx a mill!

Elevation, I’m not a newbie, I’m practicing for about 7 months, I have seen gains, and I don’t even understand your question!!

Start: 6.9 BPEL x 4.9 (17,5 x 12,5 cm)

Now: 7.7 BPEL x 5.7 (19,5 x 14,5 cm)

Forget about LOT theory - it’s a theory, and a weak one at that.

Taped onto the dashboard of a car at a junkyard, I once found the following: "Good judgement comes from experience. Experience comes from bad judgement." The car was crashed.

Primary goal: To have an EQ above average (i.e. streetsmart, compassionate about life and happy) Secondary goal: to make an anagram of my signature denoting how I feel about my gains

LOT theory is bullshit and start with reading the link that The Beasty One has posted.

Thx for the ans.

Is it really that wrong? The theory wise?

And which extra thing do you recommend me to do in addition to the stuff written there?

Lots of people Discredit Biggers LOT theory. People have proved quite the the contrary of Biggers original beliefs. Its better not concentrating on your potential for gains, and to follow the newbie routine for the stated 3 months. Once you’ve done this the real fun can begin. It will also teach you alot about your unit in general and how well it responds to certain exercises.

Good luck, and remember the warm up IS an essential part.

Starting Stats: BPEL- 5 2/8" BG- 4 4/8" MSG - 4 4/8" - Jan 2006

Goals: Till Mrs. K, can't take no more. :rear:

It’s not that it’s necessarily ‘wrong’ rather it is a theory that doesn’t need to concern your attention so early. It is a theory to be approached with experience and, I believe, a sprinkling of scepticism. If you have a low LOT, I think it’s advised to stretch and jelq downwards. The point can be observed in that: most people say stretching and jelqing ‘towards the floor’ is productive any way, without any reference to individual LOT.

In other words, it shouldn’t influence what exercises you perform until some time in the distant ungrowing future. Do what you know works for you, not what a theory says should work for you.
