Welcome ,Toughestpillow I would start here, Linear Newbie Routine this is something you can do very discreetly and cost you nothing . It is very important that you learn as much about your penis as possible before you go attaching and all day stretch device to it, in my opinion.

I have tried a device like that in the past, but I do it for an hour like once a week or so because I get lazy from work and school. Just wondering if that device will help after I follow some introductory exercises?
