I have a problem, I do no speack the lenguage so good, but I Will try.

When I started with jelqs, about 18 months ago, I won 1 cm en lenght in 1 month, so I continued
With my routine 150 jelqs 5 on 2 off.

The next week I saw my Pennis smaller and weaker, I had lost that gain.

That was a year and half ago, then of that I have been doing jelqs but I can not win.

I have taken rest for a month, then for 15 days, and my erection better but when I restart with 5 minutes I wake up with morning erections but are not like rock hard.

I have not grown anithyng during 18 months of consistent jelq.

I think you started too fast into the marathon. 150 jelqs is a lot, but especially 5on/2off is very high frequency. Then your penis started to say "enough, please less!" (having negative PI’s!) - but you did not listen enough to it. You still tried too often and too much.

But that can be corrected, so there is hope.

So we make a relaunch this time. I recommend to start slowly and in small steps. The routine I think of is this one: Linear Newbie Routine

Combine it with much heating at beginning and end of the session.

And start with a 1on/2off frequency in August, then 2on/2off in September and 3on/2off in October.

5 mins warm up
Stretches 30 sec each direction
80 jelqs
1 on 2 off
It happens to me that when I am jelqing the erection go down so fast, for example I do 1 jelqs and to the second the pennis go down.

Now i’m trying stopping and thinking sexual thinks.
