Hello there

Hi, I’m new to this forum. I am 21 years old and I currently measure 6NP and at around 6.5 BP. My circumference is 5.2-5.3 mid-shaft. I actually want to gain girth and only get it at around 6inch or a little less but at least 5.5-5.7. I am about 6’4” in height and I weight approximately 191 pounds. I’m athletic, I play football, tennis, swimming and I have been weight training for 2 years now. So, can I achieve about half an inch in girth and maybe half an inch in length by only jelqing? I also want my flaccid length and girth be bigger. If so, can someone suggest a newbie routine? I’ve searched but I found nothing. Thank guys, keep on growing!

Are you serious?

Serious about what ? I’m not getting your point.

Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine

Stay on this routine for a few months to condition your unit. Any girth specific exercises would carry a high risk of injury before you have taken time to condition yourself. Examples of girth exercises would be clamping, ulis, and sadsak slinky. Hope this helps.

P.S. I have gained a lot in girth with the wet jelq but I did it an insane amount. Your best bet for gaining in both length and girth is to combine both stretching and jelqing. Many members have made very good gains on just the newbie routine starting out.

Sorry, I should hold back my sarcasm. There is a newbie routine at the top of the page where you posted this thread.

He may mean did you seriously miss the newbie routine link at the top. That’s okay though. People miss things. :)

Yes you are right. I should have checked the forum better. Thank you guys very much for the quick answers and sorry for starting a new thread. I’m sure you have heard many like me :P. I will start the newbie routine. Should I feel soreness after the routine like the soreness you feel after weight training? And about the hot rap, is it ok just to pour hot water on my penis instead of this one?

Second mistake I’m doing! My question about the hot water pouring instead of hot wrap is already mentioned in the newbie routine. :)

Don’t worry about it. People make mistakes. :D

Some slight soreness is often experienced by new members when doing the newbie routine. It is nothing to worry about and should go away in a fairly short period. Just make sure you don’t overwork yourself. You may also experience red dots on the head of your penis. This to is normal and should subside shortly.

For a warmup, I recommend a cup of hot water. It works great for me. Whatever method you use, your member should have prolonged exposure to the hottest heat you can tolerate to thoroughly warm it up. I would not recommend pouring water on your unit as it is not long enough.

Happy gaining!

Thanks. I actually just read the thread about venous leaking or something and I am terrified. Is there a way to know I have this thing before I start PE? I don’t want to end up wit ED

I’m afraid I can’t help you there. If there’s a way to know I’m not sure how that is. Thankfully, I didn’t know about that risk before I started otherwise I might never have started PE and it hasn’t been a problem for me. The percentage of guys that this affects is extremely low though. You’re probably fine.

Unfortunateuly, there isn’t a way to be 100% sure you don’t develop a venous leakage, because it can be due to psychological factors.

"What Is Venous Leak?

If the veins in the penis cannot prevent blood from leaving the penis during an erection, an erection cannot be maintained. This condition is known as a venous leak. Venous leakage may occur with vascular disease, but it also can occur as a result of poor muscle relaxation of the penis. Difficulty with smooth muscle relaxation of the penis can occur with diabetes or with Peyronie’s disease, a condition that results in the buildup of scar tissue of the sheath (tunica albuginea) surrounding the erection tissue (corpora cavernosa). Venous leak also can occur when neurological diseases or high levels of anxiety are present because these conditions can prevent adequate smooth muscle relaxation."
Venous Leak, Vascular Disease, and Erectile Dysfunction

If you feel a strong anxiety towards PE, maybe you should avoid it, sincea you are perfectly in the average for size. On the other hand, as far as chances to develop venous leakage due to physical/mechanics causes, a cautious PE regimen presents less dangers than a sexual intercourse (my personal opinion). PE could actually prevents venous leakage, since some kind of PE (pumping at low pressures, gentle jelqs) are sometimes prescribed to those who suffers of this disease.

I see guys in here starting PE with sizes like 7inch and I go crazy! Why do they do that? I think I will take the risk. But I will be very gentle with the jelqs. Does stretching affect venous leakage or is it only jelqing? I have been doing some jelqing sessions this week and today. I have done 5secs for 10mins. The flaccid length and girth was huge after that. And this night I measured my penis NBP and it’s 6” exactly. Usually it’s 5.9 inch. But I also didn’t see any difference in girth. Anyway I’ve said enough. I will take the chances but I will be very cautious.
