Look it is your choice. But if you had to start with clamping you need to review the clamping threads. Notice most people who have other PE experience first, don’t go beyond 10 minutes in the beginning. So you are planning on going out and benching 150 kilograms even though you have never lifted weights.
I would greatly reduce that clamping time. Then I would greatly reduce the amount of jelqs. I would probably only do one session of clamping and it wouldn’t be close to even 10 minutes.
This is not a sprint. This is a marathon.
