A kegel is a flex of the BC muscle. Take a piss, stop the flow - a kegel.

When you take a pee and squeeze out your last drop of pee, you are kegeling. Some say it is a squeeze of the anus, some say it is when you can move your dick. It is that anyway. If you jelq slowly, and kegel between jelq strokes, you feel the blood entering the dick.

Wurrap people, I kinda find a way how to do kegel very easily.
What I did was:
1. Get 50 - 80% erects
2. Lower your penis between your thigh, then cross your legs (sit like a girl)
3. Then try to do make your penis hard again. By doing so you will feel the tense in your penis (I think it’s the same feeling when your doing a kegel).

Actually I think buby is correct. At the end of a pee I kegel all the time to stop the last drops, if I reverse kegel the drops just dont seem to end. It was just the wording which through you off. Either way it doesn’t matter
