I went from 6’x4’ to 7.75’x5.5’ in about a year using only my hands, and I believe that ANYONE can equal or do better than my results so far on the same time frame.
Firstly, always always ALWAYS stretch before you jelq. That factor alone is so important. Stretching the penis out allows it too hold more blood, which will greatly increase the effectiveness of your jelqs. And if you want big gains, you need to stretch for at least 10 minutes twice a day, and do all different kinds of stretches. If you just do one set of stretches your body will become acclimated to it and it will lose it’s effectiveness. I don’t use any particular method when stretching. Just grab your dick and pull in any direction. Start with little to no pressure and gradually increase the pressure until it becomes slightly uncomfortable, then hold it in that position until your penis gets used to the stretch and it’s not uncomfortable any more. Then increase the pressure slightly more, and hold it there. The key to PE is to apply as much pressure as you can without inducing injury. You have to be aware of your body. If something hurts or doesn’t feel right, change it immediately. Try doing PE in the shower and put your penis in the stream of water, which should be very warm, but not painfully hot. This will increase circulation and minimize potential injury and post workout soreness. You should feel sore after your workout, and at first you will feel sore for a day or two. Over time, the duration of the soreness will get shorter and shorter until you can PE every day if you want to.
I’ve always found that doing a certain number (I.e. 150 or 200 or 500) isn’t very helpful. The scale is too generalized. Instead, work your penis out until it feels a bit sore, or even tired. If you always make your goal a specific number of jelqs you will either not push your penis far enough, or you will overdo it. Work your penis until you feel it has had enough, then work it no more. Since this is more of a feeling than a precise measurement, it will take some practice to figure out what your proper limits are. Don’t forget that these limits will expand over time either. When beginning any new routine or system, it is better to under work your penis at first, than gradually approach your limit, because any injury will set back your progress significantly. If you follow this advice and do what your body tells you to do instead of what some website tells you to do, I am confident that you will make further gains immediately.
Lastly, the most important component of PE, regardless of what method or routine you are using, is full mental belief. You must have total belief that you will have enormous gains sooner than you ever thought possible. I know it sounds like some airy-fairy nonsense, but it’s totally scientific. Put simply, your mind has total control over all of your bodily functions. If you have full belief that you will experience massive growth immediately, your brain will subconsciously work towards making that idea congruent with reality. This means that your mind will actually direct more resources (I.e. Energy, hormones and cells) to your penis to aid in it’s repair and subsequent growth.
